Music: The Eels - Restraining Order Blues
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Like all good things, this was stolen straight from V
1. Using band names, spell out your name: sucks to be me right now
E - Elvis Costello
L - Less than Jake
I - Ima Robot
Z - (oh God damnit...gotta cheat) Zappa, Frank
A - Aerosmith
B - Belle and Sebastian
E - Eels, The
T - Tenacious D
H - Hot Hot Heat
2. Have you ever had a song written about you? No. I've never date Chris Carraba (zing!)
3. What song makes you cry? Oh tons of them. I'm a total wuss
4. What song makes you happy? I'll join V on the Eddie Money :). But also "Bandages" by Hot Hot Heat, because I now have the eternal image of Giffen headbanging and singing along to the ringtone version.
5. What do you like to listen to before bed?: Instrumentals. I'm a big Howard Shore fan, so the Dogma soundtrack and LotR soundtracks are a good bet.
6. Who was/were your idols when you were younger? Oh man...I was so out of touch with music when I was young...It was probably someone from TV. I can't even remember.
7. First album you ever bought? I think I too was dragged in by Ace of Base.
8. Name a song that reminds you of someone and why? "High 5" by Callibreto 13 *is* my freinds from back in Mendham. ::laugh:: And "Bawitaba" by Kid Rock. On the off chance I hear that song, I think about the time Marie (P) and I sat in her room trying to count how many times he said "Bawidaba"
HEIGHT: 5' 3 and 3/4" (I will defend my three quarters of an inch *to the death!*)
HAIR COLOR: Brown. The blond highlights have long since faded.
SKIN COLOR: Josh Kunz once tactifully put it that I am like a "sheet of paper."
EYE COLOR: Blue.
PIERCINGS: Ears (2).
TATTOOS: None
WHAT COLOR PANTS ARE YOU WEARING? No pants....it was hot out today, so I've got a denim skirt on.
WHAT SONG ARE YOU LISTENING TO? Super Furry Animals - Liberty Belle
HOW ARE YOU? Doing just fine. How are you?
GET MOTION SICKNESS?: OH yeah. Buses, planes, cars, and trains all make me want to die. Only my MP3 player stands between me and ickyness.
HAVE A BAD HABIT? Well yeah. Doesn't everyone?
GET ALONG WITH YOUR PARENTS: Yeah. But now that I've grown up, I can see how easy it is going to be to get pissed off at them in the future.
LiKE TO DRIVE?: LOVE it.
f a v o r i t e s
TV SHOW: Law & Order.
BOOK: High Fidelity - Nick Hornby.
NON-ALCOHOLIC DRINK: Milk
ALCOHOLIC DRINK: Bailey's and Kahluah (I'm sure neither of those are spelled right) in milk.
THING TO DO ON THE WEEKEND: Sleep.
BROKEN THE LAW: Sure. Hard not to.
SNUCK OUT OF THE HOUSE: Nope. Never really needed to.
EVER GONE SKINNY DIPPING: HAHAHAHA!! Oh...oh ho...that's funny...hahahaha...
USED YOUR PARENTS' CREDIT CARD BEFORE: Yep. But with their permission
SKIPPED SCHOOL BEFORE: High School, only when I was actually sick. College...less often than in High School.
FELL ASLEEP IN THE SHOWER/BATH: Yeah
BEEN IN A SCHOOL PLAY: Yes
CHILDREN: Yes
BEEN IN LOVE?: I don't know
HAD A HARD TIME GETTING OVER SOMEONE: Don't know
BEEN HURT: Sure
DO YOU HAVE A JOB? Psh. I wish!
YOUR CD PLAYER HAS IN IT RIGHT NOW: The Living End
WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY? Relaxation, friends, cake, puppies
WHO MAKES YOU THE HAPPIEST?: These days, my pillow.
WHAT'S THE NEXT CD YOU'RE GONNA GET? Check the list on the sidebar.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO: Chill in the lounge and hang out.
LAST THING YOU PURCHASED: Milk, sandwich bread, and turkey.
TV PROGRAM YOU WATCHED: A hockey game where the Devils lost to the Fliers :(. I'm still hearing about that from the Philly people...
MOVIE YOU SAW AT THE THEATER: Kill Bill Volume 2.
ABORTION: I don't think I'm qualified to decide for someone else.
SMOKING: Already have asthma, thanks. But it works for my Dad
SPICE GIRLS: Oh come on! You know you had that CD too!
LIFE: is an open book
